1. What currency do you charge in?
All transactions on Ur Digital Product Shop are processed in US dollars (USD).
Our currency selector in the website header is provided for convenience only and allows you to view estimated prices in your local currency. However, checkout and payment are always completed in USD, regardless of the selected display currency.
Your payment provider or bank may apply its own exchange rate or conversion fees when processing the transaction. We recommend checking with your bank or card issuer if you have any questions about currency conversion. If you’re unsure about pricing or currency before purchasing, feel free to contact us, we’re happy to help.
2. How does GST work?
GST is applied based on your location at checkout.
For New Zealand customers:
Prices shown are GST inclusive, and 15% GST is applied at checkout in line with New Zealand tax requirements.
For customers outside New Zealand:
GST is zero-rated, meaning no GST is charged on your purchase.
GST is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing details and location. If you have questions about GST or require documentation for accounting purposes, feel free to contact us.
3. Do you offer refunds?
Digital products are non-refundable due to their access nature. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
4. How do I access my purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with your download link or access instructions. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.
5. What should I do if I didn’t receive my email?
If your email hasn’t arrived within 10–15 minutes, double-check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, please use the form above to contact us with your order details.
6. Can I use these products for my own business?
Yes! All products are designed for your personal use in your business. Some items also come with PLR (Private Label Rights) or MRR (Master Resell Rights). Many also include affiliate opportunities, so you can earn commission by selling the product to others. Check each product description for details.
7. Do you offer customer support or tutorials?
