These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and use of products from Ur Digital Product Shop (“we,” “us,” or “our”), owned and operated by iComms Limited, a New Zealand–registered company. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Product Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions of our digital products. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions are free from errors. If a product does not match its description, please contact us for clarification or assistance.

2. Pricing

 

All prices on our site are listed in United States Dollars (USD) by default. Customers may view approximate conversions in other currencies—such as AUD (AU$), NZD ($), CAD (C$), GBP (£), EUR (€), INR (₹), JPY (¥), MYR (RM), MXN ($), SGD (S$)—using the currency selector on our website. Once you go to the payment processor stage, you will see the amount displayed in US dollars even if you are in another country.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via our designated payment gateways. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount for the selected products.

You must provide a valid billing address at checkout, which is used for invoicing and tax compliance. Prices are shown exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be calculated based on your billing location.

  • Purchases within New Zealand will include GST at checkout.

  • Purchases outside of New Zealand will be zero-rated for GST purposes.

Failure to complete payment may result in the balance being sent to collections, with additional interest, legal, or recovery fees incurred.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate instructions to download or access your digital products. If you experience any issues, please contact us for assistance.

5. Refund Policy

​

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless required by New Zealand law. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

​6. Affiliate Products

 

Some products offered on our site are affiliate products, which are sold by third-party providers. We do not own, manage, or deliver these products.

When purchasing an affiliate product, you are transacting directly with a third-party seller, and their policies apply.

Most of these affiliate courses are hosted on the Skool.com platform. If you already have a login email to Skool then please use this as your contact email in the transaction. If you don't have a Skool account yet, just use the email you would like to sign-up with.

  • We do not offer refunds for affiliate purchases.
     

  • Any refund or support requests must be directed to the affiliate seller.

Private Label Rights (PLR)

  • You may edit, rebrand, and sell the product as your own.

  • You may not claim original copyright ownership.

  • PLR rights may not be resold unless allowed.

  • Products must not be used in misleading, unethical, or illegal ways.

Violations of license terms may result in revoked access or legal action.

10. Ownership and Company Information

Ur Digital Product Shop is owned and operated by iComms Limited. The brand name and logo are the intellectual property of iComms Limited and are protected under copyright. Unauthorized use, duplication, or display of these assets is prohibited without written permission. While the logo is not trademarked, legal protections still apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ur Digital Product Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
